As most know, who follow this blog, I shoot a lot of people from Model Mayhem…An amazing local dress designer, Unsung Productions ( http://www.modelmayhem.com/Unsung ) got a hold of me and we did a shoot.  Katie was great to work with, got the models and picked the local, so it made my job super easy. The dresses she brought were awesome!!!!!!! She was very willing and totally cool with me having the models lie on the ground and kind of do whatever I wanted…which makes for much better photos. So a big thank you to her…The models were great, Lucy (check out her out here http://www.modelmayhem.com/LucyLovette or http://lucylovette.com/ ) was awesome, she had done a ton of modeling before, so she rocked it big time and just rolled with it all…again makes my job a lot easier. I will be shooting a fashion show that she is putting together @ Dirty, so it will be great. The other model Janelle…was great as well, it was her fist time but she did well for a first time and was more then willing to take direction from Katie, Lucy and I…which makes things easier. So all in all a good shoot….I would love to work with them all again and I am trying to talk Katie into doing some really cool bridal stuff for me to shoot, so I have fingers crossed there. Alex and Anna are the cutest couple…I am shooting their wedding in July and of course we have to have an e-sess. (engagement session) before the wedding. I always wonder how people will do in front of the camera and they pass with flying colors. They had no qualms about being in front of the camera and acted like I was not even there…Super awesome. The girls are usually always into taking photos, but the dudes on the other hand usually want nothing to do with it and are there to not get in a fight with their wives, lol…but Alex freakin’ rocked it out! He did so awesome…of course Anna did as well, but it is rare for the dudes to be so into it all. They did great and they look even better…so all in all a great shoot!

Ok, So I am a bit late on this one…Sorry…been super busy and knew I needed to get around to posting this, so I apologize for the lateness on this.  If you keep up on my blog, then you know I went to OSP West in Seattle, and set up a couple of night shoots and had some other photographers come along, for some photog bonding time, LOL… The model, Emily, was awesome and totally went with all the crazy stuff that comes along with photographers and lighting and what not… We started in a couple of alleys and just went around downtown Seattle and had some fun… Actually this shoot was there this shot was taken…  http://brandonperron.info/?p=242 . Ok, so I thought I got out a lot, but apparently not…in the alleys, there were rats all over, I have never seen this before…I have heard of it, but never seen. They were everywhere, I was dumb founded…and me being the animal lover I am, I wanted to try and catch one and say hi…but I do, in fact,  get out enough to know I have probably had better ideas in my life, so I just went ahead and took photos. So here are a few shots from the evening and you will see a new friend that we made in the last photo… Hope you enjoy and leave comments if you feel so inclined.

Here you see our friend that we met…he was just following us around and trying to get our attention…what I have learned if you put them in a the photo, they tend to be satisfied and go about their business. Plus it always makes for fun little photos…As you can tell from Emily’s face, she is thoroughly impressed, LMAO. 

So I am finally getting around to processing some more images from the OSP West trip…This shoot was done at that Gasworks Park up in Seattle…It is the coolest place ever…I want to do so much more shooting here. I set up this shoot for some people to come out and play around with my video light…and I also wanted to shoot in a different location and hang out with some other photogs, which I was able to and it was so much. Another great model from Model Mayhem…I can tell you that this light is bright and she did great looking into it and not complaining…and again dealing with my crazy ideas and walking to a bunch of different locations…So here they are…
